heheheh nop it’s not a new shop… A&A new gifts and also Lunas boutique.
For the hair you have to join the group, search old notices, get the group gifts from the shop and click the voting boxes too. Not only those but also 2 for men.
At Lunas check the notices for one of the two group gifts and find the other at the shop.
